Eligibility for Refunds

Refund Requests: Refunds are available for digital items provided that the item has not been downloaded after purchase.
Download Status: Once a digital item has been downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloaded Digital Items: Digital items that have been downloaded are strictly non-refundable.
  • Custom Layout Digital Items: Custom layout digital items are non-refundable. These items do not come with a download link and serve as an add-on to products with downloadable assets.

Game and Software Updates Disclaimer

Our digital settings presets are designed to work with the current version of the supported game and software. However, please note that future updates or changes to the game or underlying software may affect the functionality of these presets. Such changes are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any loss of functionality or any issues arising from such updates. These circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Exceptions

We recognize that unique circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. While refunds for downloaded digital items are generally not available, we are committed to fairness and flexibility. In rare cases, if you encounter an issue that prevents you from using the product as intended, we encourage you to contact us. These exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that exceptions are rare, as most of our customers experience seamless use of our products. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied and have a positive experience.

Transparency & Subscription Renewal Policy

We believe in complete transparency regarding our billing practices. We have taken multiple steps to ensure our customers understand they are entering a recurring agreement:

  1. Product Page Visibility: The recurring nature of this product, including the price and frequency of billing, is clearly and prominently stated on the product page prior to adding the item to the cart.

  2. Subscription Management Email: Upon purchase, every customer receives a dedicated subscription confirmation email. This email contains a direct link to a portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

Because the subscription terms are explicitly stated during the purchase process and a management link is provided immediately afterward, we do not offer refunds for failure to cancel. The subscription is not concealed, and it is the customer's responsibility to use the provided tools to cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
